He conveyed India’s solidarity with Bangladesh and assured full support and assistance if needed. “Deeply shocked and saddened by the loss of lives, many of them young students, in the heartbreaking air crash in Dhaka. The incident involved a Bangladesh Air Force training aircraft that crashed shortly after takeoff, striking the Milestone School and College in the Uttara area of Dhaka. At least 19 people, mostly children, lost their lives, and many others were injured, according to officials and eyewitnesses. The aircraft was identified as a Chinese-made F-7 BGI trainer jet.
