With the Bihar Assembly elections nearing, the Grand Alliance has intensified its preparations. RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav visited Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge at his Delhi residence, where discussions are taking place regarding seat-sharing and election strategy. The Grand Alliance is now fully active in its plan to contest all 243 Assembly seats in Bihar.

It is also likely that the discussion between Tejashwi Yadav and Kharge will include the announcement of the chief ministerial face. A major meeting of the Congress and Grand Alliance is scheduled to be held in Patna on April 17, making Tejashwi's visit to Delhi especially significant.

Upon arriving in Delhi, Tejashwi said that he would be holding a formal meeting with the Congress to strategize for the Bihar elections. RJD MP Manoj Jha also mentioned that the meeting is being held with the current situation in Bihar in mind, and since the elections are not far off, preparations are crucial.

Earlier, in Raghopur, Tejashwi appealed to the Yadav community not to oppress the Dalit community but to embrace them. He said the poor are our true strength and everyone must be taken along. Only when Dalits receive respect, he added, will it be impossible to stop their government from coming to power.
