NEET PG 2025 revised schedule is out. The exam is now on August 3. Candidates must reselect their exam city from June 13 to 17, as per NBEMS guidelines.
The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has officially announced the revised schedule for the NEET PG 2025 examination. Following a directive from the Supreme Court, the exam will now be held on August 3, 2025, in a single morning shift from 9 am to 12:30 pm. This decision comes with expanded exam city options to accommodate all registered candidates in one go. The city selection window will open on June 13 at 3 pm and close on June 17 at 11:55 pm. Importantly, even candidates who selected a city earlier must make a fresh choice.
To ensure fairness and ease of access, NBEMS will allow candidates to pick only from cities with available slots, on a first-come, first-serve basis. If preferred cities are full, candidates can opt for the "others" category, in which NBEMS will assign the nearest possible center based on the candidate’s communication address. The board also reserves the right to make changes in city availability due to administrative or logistical issues. An edit window for correcting application details will remain open from June 20 to June 22, followed by the test city intimation slip release on July 21.
Candidates will receive their admit cards from July 31, which will include the exact exam venue. The NEET PG 2025 result is expected to be announced by September 3. Candidates are advised to visit the official NBEMS website nbe.edu.in for updates and are responsible for their own travel and accommodation. For queries, NBEMS helpline +91-7996165333 is available from 9:30 am to 6 pm.
