Pahalgam Terror Attack: After the Pahalgam attack, tensions between India and Pakistan have escalated significantly, but Pakistan continues its provocative actions. For the fourth consecutive night, Pakistan fired across the Line of Control (LoC) in Poonch and Kupwara. The Indian Army responded forcefully. On Sunday and Monday nights, Pakistan violated the ceasefire again.

Following the Pahalgam attack, which resulted in the deaths of 26 tourists, the Indian Army has been on high alert and active. Two infiltrators were eliminated in Uri. Despite this, Pakistan began firing with small arms without any provocation.

On the nights of April 26 and 27, Pakistan also fired in the Tutmari Gali and Rampur sectors, to which the Indian Army gave a strong reply.

In response to the attack, India has taken several significant steps — the Indus Water Treaty has been suspended, the Atari-Wagah border has been closed, and Pakistani citizens’ visas have been revoked.

The Indian Army has taken strict action against the terrorists by demolishing the house of Pahalgam attack suspect Adil Guri and bulldozing the house of terrorist Asif Sheikh.
