Jaishankar attacked Pakistan, said there is no difference between terror and its supporters, strictness against state sponsored terror.
During an impressive address to the United Nations, India's Foreign Minister S.K. Jaishankar attacked Pakistan strongly, saying that there is no difference between terror and its supporters. Speaking at an exhibition called "The Human Cost of Terrorism", Jaishankar appealed to the global community to adopt zero tolerance towards terrorism and state sponsored terror.
The statement came after the horrific attack on April 22 in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir, in which 27 civilians were allegedly killed and killed. Jaishankar termed this attack as an economic war, aims to harm India's tourism industry and spread communal tension.
He clearly stated that Pakistan has been "smelled" in supporting terrorism, where terrorist structures are publicly running in Pakistani cities. Jaishankar defended India's retaliation Operation Sindoor, in which terrorist bases across the border were targeted. He said that India cannot be intimidated by nuclear threats or proxy attacks.
Jaishankar reiterated that there is no difference between terror and its supporters, and the world should stop ignoring state -sponsored terrorism. He called upon international powers to highlight and isolate such countries that give shelter and support to terrorism.
His statement came at a special time when Pakistan remains the President of the United Nations Security Council. This clear and strong diplomatic appeal of Jaishankar shows that India will not grow on the path of peace and dialogue until the state sponsored terrorism is completely eliminated.
