Saifullah Kasuri, a top Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) commander and the alleged mastermind of the April 22 Pahalgam terror attack, was reportedly seen at an anti-India rally in Lahore, according to India Today. The event was organised by the Pakistan Markazi Muslim League (PMML). Also present was Talha Saeed, the son of LeT founder and UN-designated terrorist Hafiz Saeed.
Kasuri is suspected of having orchestrated the Pahalgam attack in Jammu and Kashmir, which the Indian government has linked to The Resistance Front—an LeT-affiliated group.
Online videos appear to show Kasuri leading anti-India and jihadist chants during the rally in Lahore. He was also heard glorifying the militants killed in Operation Sindoor, referring to them as “martyrs.”
At the rally, Kasuri reportedly stated, “They blamed me for the Pahalgam attack, and now my name is known worldwide.”

He is accused of masterminding the Pahalgam attack, which resulted in the deaths of 26 people, including one Nepali national.
