The driver's identity was omitted from the first FIR filed in relation to the Lamborghini incident in Noida that injured two laborers, leading to claims that the police were attempting to silence the driver.  The identity of the accused Deepak has now been added, and Noida police have explained why there was a delay.

The Test Drive Was a Failure

YouTuber Mridul Tiwari, who has around 19 million subscribers on the video-streaming website and frequently posts humorous videos, owns the Lamborghini Huracan that was involved in the collision.  According to reports, Mridul had discussed selling the vehicle with Deepak, a luxury car dealer in Ajmer.  When Deepak lost control of the car during a test drive yesterday, he struck two workers who were sitting by the side of the road.

Driver Taken into Arrest, However 'Unknown' in FIR

Shortly after the collision, Deepak, the sole passenger in the vehicle, was taken into custody.  However, the driver's identity and residence were listed as "unknown" in the FIR.  This made people wonder.  Why wasn't the driver named if the police had already arrested him?  There were also questions over whether the YouTuber should be mentioned in the FIR and whether his name was intentionally omitted.  Sections pertaining to reckless driving and actions that jeopardize the life or personal safety of others are the subject of the lawsuit.
