The Indian Army successfully thwarted an attempt to infiltrate the Line of Control (LOC) in the Uri sector of Jammu and Kashmir. Unknown individuals tried to enter the Indian border, after which vigilant soldiers immediately reacted and strongly reacted in view of the region's sensitive security situation. After this effort has failed, the campaign is now going on to search and restore the remaining intruders in the area.

Tensions along Uri remain elevated as the army maintains heightened vigilance and continues its patrols near the LoC. The swift action emphasizes the readiness of security forces to counter threats and ensure domestic safety. Although no casualties have been reported from the infiltration attempt so far, officials have made it clear that the operation will not conclude until the area is deemed completely secure and no threat remains.
