At least three schools in Delhi, including two run by the CRPF and a Navy Children School, received bomb threats on Monday morning (July 14, 2025), which were later confirmed as false alarms by officials. The threats, sent via email during the early hours, targeted the CRPF schools located in Sector 16, Dwarka and Prashant Vihar, as well as the Navy Children School in Chanakyapuri.

Authorities thoroughly inspected the campuses and found nothing suspicious. According to the Delhi Fire Services, a fire engine was dispatched to each of the schools. “Following detailed inspections by multiple agencies, including the fire department, the threats were confirmed to be hoaxes,” a fire department official said.

Dwarka DCP Ankit Singh said a PCR call was received by the Dwarka North police station regarding a bomb threat at the CRPF School. “The premises were immediately secured and checked by local police, bomb disposal squads, and sniffer dogs,” he stated.

He added that the cyber unit is investigating the origin of the email and that security has been increased at the school. “So far, nothing suspicious has turned up,” he confirmed.

Rohini DCP Rajeev Ranjan said a similar alert was received around 8 a.m. from the CRPF School in Prashant Vihar. After an extensive search yielded no threats, the message was deemed a hoax.
