Jeep Wrangler Willys 1941 Edition Returns India

Date: Feb 25, 2026 | Source: Fela News

Jeep India has once again brought back a special edition of its popular SUV, the Wrangler Willys 1941 Edition, for Indian buyers. This time, it comes at a slightly more attractive price, making it even more appealing for enthusiasts. The limited edition pays tribute to the original 1941 Willys model that played a historic role in shaping Jeep’s off road identity. Because the previous edition sold out quickly, the relaunch has already created excitement among collectors and SUV lovers.

The new Wrangler Willys 1941 Edition is based on the top end Rubicon variant and will be available in a limited batch of only 41 units in India. The number itself reflects the heritage year of the original model. Visually, the SUV stands out with its exclusive 41 Green paint shade inspired by military roots. It also features a bold 1941 decal on the hood, giving it a strong vintage character while still looking modern and rugged.

Apart from the styling touches, this edition includes several practical additions. It comes with powered side steps for easier access, all weather floor mats, and front as well as rear dash cameras. Buyers can also choose optional accessories such as a roof carrier with a side ladder and a Sunrider style rooftop, adding more adventure appeal.

Under the bonnet, the SUV continues with the familiar 2.0 litre turbo petrol engine paired with an eight speed automatic transmission. The four wheel drive system ensures that the Wrangler maintains its strong off road capability while still delivering smooth performance on highways.

One of the biggest highlights is the pricing. Compared to the previous edition, this model is priced around three lakh rupees lower, making it more attractive for buyers who may have missed the earlier version. Since only 41 units are available, interested customers are expected to act quickly before the limited stock runs out again.
