PM Modi attacked Congress saying it had crushed the aspirations of people so badly, that they had stopped expecting anything in return. He further added that since the BJP came into power, expectations have been on the rise.

“Today's India thinks big, sets big targets, and delivers big results. It is because the mentality of the country has changed. The country is moving ahead with big aspirations,” Mr. Modi said.

Additionally, he asserted, that is India's decade and the world knows it. In 2007, India's annual GDP stood at Rs 1 lakh crore, representing the total economic activity for an entire year.

However, the same economic activity is achieved within a single year now. This remarkable transformation underscores the rapid pace of growth in India.
