Bihar Deputy CM Vijay Kumar Sinha declared that those opposing the Waqf (Amendment) Bill would be labeled traitors and jailed. The bill, passed by both Houses,
Bihar Deputy Chief Minister and BJP elderly leader Vijay Kumar Sinha on Friday said those who protest against the Waqf( Amendment) Bill would be declared as “ serpents ” and jugged. The bill has been passed in both the houses of the Parliament after a lot of contention.
“ Those who are hanging not to act up with the Waqf correction will have to go to jail. This is n't Pakistan, this is Hindustan. This is the Modi government, ” Sinha said.
He added, “ The Bill is properly passed in both Houses of Parliament. Those who still say they wo n't accept it are serpents. similar people should be directly arrested. ”
JD( U) MLC Ghulam Gous, who had opposed the Bill on Thursday, reiterated his review on Friday by stating, “ How can we anticipate justice when the killer himself is the judge? ” He also took end at the BJP, questioning its sincerity towards Muslim weal by asking why it has n’t executed the recommendations of the Justice Rangnath Mishra Commission or the Sachar Committee report.
Supporting the dissent, former MP and JD( U) leader Ghulam Rasool Baliyawi also raised his opposition to the Bill, while Mohammad Qasim Ansari, a quarter- position leader from East Champaran, abnegated from the party in kick.
