Malayalam actor Nazriya Nazim has opened up about her recent absence from social media and public life, revealing she has been dealing with emotional and personal struggles. In a heartfelt Instagram post on Wednesday, Nazriya explained that she withdrew from the limelight due to her mental health challenges. She admitted to missing significant moments like her 30th birthday, New Year’s, and the success of her film Sookshmadarshini, while also apologising to friends, family, and colleagues for going off the radar.
Nazriya shared that she is still in the process of healing and may need more time before returning fully. On a positive note, she expressed her gratitude for winning the Kerala Film Critics Award for Best Actor. Fellow actors Samantha Ruth Prabhu, Vijay Varma, and Tovino Thomas sent their love and support in response to her message. Nazriya was last seen in Sookshmadarshini, a mystery film that became a box-office hit.
