Crystal McKinney, a model, has taken step forward with serious allegation against two powerful figures in entertainment Sean 'Diddy' Combs and Harvey Weinstein in two unrelated legal cases. The jaw drop revelations span over two decades and shed light on the long-term trauma she says she's endured.

In May 2024, McKinney filed a lawsuit against Diddy, alleging he drugged and sexually assaulted her. Months later, on May 30, 2025, she was named in a separate complaint against Harvey Weinstein, accusing him of a horrifying incident from 2003.

According to the court filing, McKinney said she was invited to a business meeting with Weinstein by someone claiming to represent a modeling agency. She brought her roommate, also a model, to meet him in hopes of landing acting roles. The meeting took place at a lounge in Manhattan, but Weinstein allegedly insisted they continue the conversation in a quieter space his hotel room.

Once there, McKinney claims Weinstein pressured them to drink large amounts of alcohol, leaving her feeling helpless and unable to object. She alleges that both she and her friend were then sexually assaulted. After the incident, McKinney reached out to Weinstein’s assistant, only to be told to leave the room rather than receive support.

She has since spoken about the deep emotional scars the encounter left, including anxiety, depression, self-blame, and serious issues with self-image.

Harvey Weinstein, earlier also sentenced for sexual assault, had his judgement overturned in 2024 and is expecting a retrial. He is still in custody due to separate charges in California. Meanwhile, Diddy is fighting his own legal battle, facing claim of sex trafficking and organized crime, which he denies.

McKinney’s voice adds to a growing number of women seeking justice in the face of powerful predators.
