Nothing has launched the CMF Phone 2 Pro, building on its predecessor’s success. Starting at ₹18,999, the new model is priced higher but justifies the cost by including a charging adapter, missing from the first CMF Phone, and offering a range of accessories like a magnetic wallet-stand, universal cover, and interchangeable lenses.
Design:
The CMF Phone 2 Pro maintains Nothing's signature industrial design with stainless steel screws at each corner, which also allow users to attach accessories. Despite the back panel no longer being swappable, the device is slim and lightweight. The frosted light green variant has a premium feel, with an IP54 rating for splash resistance and aluminum-framed camera rings. The front features a display with slim bezels.
Display:
The phone has a 6.77-inch AMOLED display with a full-HD+ resolution, 120 Hz adaptive refresh rate, HDR10+, and peak brightness of 3,000 nits. The screen is legible even in bright sunlight, offering an immersive viewing experience.
OS & Performance:
Running on Nothing OS 3.2 based on Android 15, it promises 3 years of updates. Powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Pro chipset, the phone delivers good performance for everyday tasks, though a more powerful processor could enhance its appeal.
Camera:
The triple-camera system includes a 50 MP main sensor, 50 MP telescopic lens, and 8 MP ultrawide, delivering vibrant, sharp photos. The 16 MP front camera excels in selfies, and external lenses add creative versatility.
Battery:
A 5,000 mAh battery supports a full day of use, with 33W fast charging.
In conclusion, the CMF Phone 2 Pro stands out for its unique design, functionality, and solid performance.
