Poco has officially revealed its Poco M5 5G phone in India, introducing another affordable 5G smartphone. The smartphone has a 6.47-inch display and is powered by a MediaTek CPU. It runs Android 13 with MIUI 1 and has a 50MP AI dual back camera and a 5MP front-facing camera.

Price and availability of the Poco M6 5G in India
The Poco M6 5G will be available for purchase on Flipkart beginning at 12 p.m. on December 26, 2023. The phone will be offered in three storage variants: the 4GB RAM and 128GB storage variant is priced at INR 9,499, the 6GB+128GB variant at Rs 10,499, and the 8GB+256GB variant at Rs 12,499. It will be available in two color options, blue and black.
Users will be able to get a Rs 1,000 discount with ICICI Debit/Credit cards/EMI transactions as a special launch offer, or pick an equal product exchange deal. Furthermore, Airtel prepaid customers will receive a special deal of 50GB extra data.
Specifications for the Poco M6
The Poco M6 5G is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ processor with clock speeds of 2.2GHz and 2.0GHz. It provides a fast data processing experience, as evidenced by a 428K+ AnTuTu score, up to 16GB of RAM, and up to 256GB of storage.
The gadget, which runs Android 13 with MIUI 14, offers two major Android upgrades and three years of security fixes.
It is equipped with Corning Gorilla Glass for protection, as well as splash and dust resistance. The Fast Side fingerprint sensor placed conveniently on the side ensures seamless unlocking.
The phone features a 6.74-inch display that is ToeV low blue light certified and flicker-free certified. It boasts a maximum refresh rate of 90Hz and a touch sampling rate of 180Hz, which improves the user experience overall.
The back camera on the Poco M6 5G is a 50MP AI Dual camera with 4-in-1 Super Pixel technology for detailed shots, particularly in low-light circumstances. The front camera is a 5MP AI Selfie camera that supports AI portrait mode and time-lapse selfie video.
For all-day connection, the smartphone includes a 5000mAh battery with 18W rapid charging capabilities.
