NTA Extends CUET UG 2024 Application Deadline to April 5: Details Here

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has extended the deadline for the Common University Entrance Test for Undergraduate Courses (CUET UG) 2024, allowing eligible candidates to apply until April 5, 2024, at 9.50 pm.

This is the second time the CUET UG deadline has been extended this session, following an earlier extension from March 26 to March 31. The announcement of the City of Examination will begin on April 30, 2024, and admit card downloads will begin in May 2024. The examination will be held between May 15 and 31, 2024, with the display of recorded responses and answer keys announced later on the NTA website.

The fee structure for CUET UG – 2024 is based on the number of subjects chosen by the candidates, with fees varying based on the number of subjects chosen. The exam will be conducted in 13 mediums across India for admission into Undergraduate Programmes in hybrid (Pen & Paper/CBT) mode for all Central Universities and participating Universities in India for the academic year 2024-25.

The syllabus includes Language Subjects: Reading Comprehension, Literary Aptitude, Vocabulary, Domain Subjects: As per the Class 12 syllabus only, General Test: General Knowledge, Current Affairs, General Mental Ability, Numerical Ability, Quantitative Reasoning, Logical and Analytical Reasoning; 40 out of 50 questions are to be attempted in all subjects including languages. The exam will be 45 minutes long, except in subjects such as Accountancy, Economics, Physics, Computer Science/Informatics Practices, Chemistry, Mathematics/Applied Mathematics, and General Test.
