The National Testing Agency (NTA) announced on Tuesday through the test schedule that the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2024 will be held in two sessions in January-February and in April. NEET UG 2024, also known as the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Undergraduates, will occur on May 5.
JEE Main’s first session is from January 24 to February 1 and its second session runs from April 1 to April 15, 2024.
For enrollment in undergraduate engineering and technology programmes offered by IIITs, NITs, and other taking engineering institutes, JEE Main is organised. It also functions as the prerequisite test for IIT JEE Advanced.
For enrollment in undergraduate medical programmes at all institutions in the nation, NEET UG is required.
The Common University Entrance Test (CUET) UG is planned between May 15 and May 31, according to the NTA test calendar. The dates for CUET PG are March 11–28.
The University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test, often known as UGC NET 2024, will be administered for the first time from June 10 till 21.
In three weeks, the outcomes of computer-based exams will be released. Results for the offline NEET UG test will be made public by the second week of June.

Last year, the NTA began publishing exam calendars to let candidates know about potential dates well in advance. However, the list this time does not include the anticipated dates for the ICAR entry tests.
