Zephalto, a Spain-based company, has announced that it will be offering customers a unique dining experience at the edge of space. The company has started selling pre-reservation tickets for this exciting venture.

Zephalto’s plan is to send customers 25 km above Earth in a pressurized capsule attached to a stratospheric balloon. The capsule can accommodate up to four people, including a chef who will prepare and serve meals to customers during the two-hour trip. The capsule is equipped with large windows, allowing customers to enjoy the stunning views of the Earth from the edge of space.

The pre-reservation tickets for this unique dining experience cost roughly $10,900. However, customers will be charged $131,100 (over ₹1 crore) for the entire trip. The company plans to launch the first trip in 2023, but the exact date is yet to be announced.

Zephalto’s founder and CEO, Óscar García, said that the company aims to create a “truly unforgettable” experience for its customers. “We believe that Zephalto will offer a unique experience that has never been seen before. It’s a chance to leave Earth behind and experience something truly unforgettable,” he said.

Zephalto is not the first company to offer a space tourism experience. However, the company’s focus on fine dining and luxury sets it apart from its competitors. It remains to be seen how successful Zephalto’s venture will be, but it is clear that the company is offering a truly unique and exciting experience to its customers.
