JEE Advanced 2024 Admit Card Now Available: Find Details Inside

The Indian Institute of Technology Madras (IIT Madras) has released the admit cards for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Advanced 2024. Candidates preparing for the exam can now download their admit cards from the official JEE Advanced website. 

According to an official notice on the website, candidates can now access their admit cards. A direct link for downloading the admit card has been dispatched to candidates’ registered email addresses. Additionally, a portal for downloading the admit card will soon be made available on the official website. The admit card serves as an essential document, allowing entry into the examination hall. Candidates are advised to visit the official website: https://jeeadv.ac.in/ to access and download their admit cards.

Steps to download

  • Visit the official JEE Advanced website: https://jeeadv.ac.in/.
  • Look for the “Download Admit Card” section. This link might be prominently displayed on the homepage or under the “Candidates” section.
  • Click on the link and enter your login credentials, which will likely include your JEE Advanced 2024 registration number and password.
  • Once logged in, your admit card should appear on the screen. Review all details carefully, including your name, roll number, exam date and time, exam centre address, and photograph. Ensure all information is correct.
  • If the details are accurate, click the “Download” button to save a copy of the admit card.
  • Print a physical copy of your admit card on A4-sized paper. Ensure that the printout is clear and legible.
  • Besides keeping a physical copy, it is advisable to save a soft copy of the admit card for your records.

JEE Advanced 2024 will be conducted as a computer-based test (CBT), comprising two papers, each lasting three hours. Both Paper 1 and Paper 2 will cover three subjects: Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. The examination will feature a variety of question types, including multiple-choice questions (MCQs), numerical answer type (NAT) questions, and matching-type questions.

As per the official website, the copy of candidates’ responses will be available on the website on May 31, 2024. The online display of provisional answer key will be done on June 2, 2024. The objection window will remain opened till June 3, 2024. The results and final answer key will be available on June 9, 2024. The exam, scheduled for May 26, is a critical gateway for students aiming to secure admission into the prestigious Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) and other top engineering institutions across the country.
