One of the 20 Indian Police Service and Haryana Police Service officers who were transferred with immediate effect on Monday evening was Gurugram Police Commissioner Kala Ramachandran.

Ramachandran expressed her satisfaction with the transfer and claimed that she had performed her duties to the best of her ability. “All types of crime, including heinous crimes, decreased during my term. The police ran a number of campaigns and awareness drives that were successful, she said.
