IIT Delhi Opens Applications for English Language Instructors

The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi has launched an application procedure for the job of English Language Instructor. Eligible and interested individuals may submit their applications to IIT Delhi by November 26.

Applicants may utilize the application form accessible on the IIT Delhi website at https://home.iitd.ac.in/jobs-iitd/index.php. Under the “Faculty Positions” section, look for the English Language Instructor post.

The completed and signed application form, as well as self-attested copies of all needed documents/certificates, must be delivered (via the employer if appropriate) to the IIT Delhi address indicated, guaranteeing delivery by the deadline.

Candidates must hold a PhD in English or comparable areas.
Aspirants must have passed with a first division in MA in English or related fields.

IIT Delhi Admissions 2024: Duration

Initially, the position will be on a contract basis for one year. The contract may be extended for up to three years.

According to the official announcement, the Institute reserves the right to run a test to shortlist candidates for interviews if required. The position will be filled on a contract basis for one year, with the possibility of being extended for another three years. A candidate is not entitled to be invited for a written test/interview just because they have the specified minimum credentials and experience.
