He also mention cranberry juice in his routine since it is believed to improve heart and gastrointestinal health by degrading toxins in the body and benefits for regulate blood flow. The fifth beverage, Concord grape juice, is widely recognized for enhancing circulation and oxygen flow, which increases vitality and mental clarity.
Dr. Salhab emphasizes that while he doesn’t rely heavily on juices, these five can be valuable when used sparingly and wisely.
