The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell has released the results for the MHT CET 2025 Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) group. Students who appeared for the exam between April 19 and April 27 can now check their scores by logging into the official website at cetcell.mahacet.org using their application number and password. The exam is a gateway for admissions to undergraduate engineering and allied courses across the state’s institutions.
The entrance exam followed a multiple-choice format with separate papers in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, each carrying 100 marks. Conducted for a duration of 60 minutes per subject, the test focused on evaluating conceptual clarity and application-based problem-solving. Notably, there was no negative marking, which provided students a better chance at securing higher scores. With results now accessible, candidates are encouraged to download and save a copy for the forthcoming admission process.
Following the announcement of results, the next step is the Centralised Admission Process (CAP) which includes multiple rounds for seat allocation. Eligible candidates must participate in the CAP rounds to gain admission to courses like BTech, BPharma, and other technical programs. Information regarding participating institutes, seat availability, and cut-off marks will be released shortly on the CET Cell’s website. Students are advised to stay updated with the portal for counselling schedules, required documents, and seat allotment results. Timely action will be crucial to secure admissions into preferred courses and colleges.
