The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) will close applications for the Nursing Officer Recruitment Common Eligibility Test (NORCET) 8 today. The process began on February 24, and eligible candidates can apply at aiimsexams.ac.in.
Application Fees
General/OBC: ₹3,000
SC/ST/EWS: ₹2,400
PwD: Exempt
Salary & Eligibility
Selected candidates will be placed in Pay Band-2 (₹9,300-34,800) with a ₹4,600 Grade Pay at AIIMS New Delhi and other AIIMS institutes.
Qualifications:
BSc (Hons) Nursing/BSc Nursing/Post-Basic BSc Nursing from a recognized institution, or
Diploma in General Nursing Midwifery with two years of experience in a 50+ bed hospital
Registration as a Nurse & Midwife with the Indian/State Nursing Council is mandatory.
Age Limit
Applicants must be 18-30 years (relaxation as per rules). Age is calculated as of the last application date.
