On Thursday, May 15, 2025, Vivo launched the V50 Elite Edition smartphone in India, adding to its existing V50 and V50e lineup. The new model comes bundled with Vivo TWS 3e wireless earbuds in a Dark Indigo finish.
The V50 Elite Edition features a 6.77-inch quad-curved AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and an impressive peak brightness of 4,500 nits. It houses a powerful 6,000 mAh battery and includes a 90W charger in the box. The phone is also IP68 and IP69 certified for water and dust resistance.
Powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset, the device is offered in a single configuration with 12GB RAM and 512GB internal storage. It runs Funtouch OS 15, based on Android 15, and Vivo promises three years of OS upgrades along with four years of security updates. Camera features include a 50MP main lens, a 50MP ultra-wide sensor, and a 50MP front-facing camera.
The phone also integrates several generative AI features such as Circle to Search, AI Screen Translation, Live Call Translation, AI Transcript Assist, AI SuperLink, and AI Eraser.
The included Vivo TWS 3e earbuds offer active noise cancellation up to 30dB, AI noise reduction for calls, up to 42 hours of battery life (36 hours with ANC), fast charging, and an IP54 rating.
Priced at ₹41,999, the Vivo V50 Elite Edition is available starting today in Rose Red via Amazon, Flipkart, Vivo’s official site, and offline retail stores across India.
