Keshav Mittal has emerged as one of NEET UG 2025’s top performers, securing All India Rank 7 in an exam attempted by over 22.7 lakh students. The Rajasthan-based student followed a disciplined and distraction-free strategy, relying on structured preparation across three major coaching platforms, Allen, Motion Education, and Narayana. While he attended classroom sessions at one centre, he simultaneously took test series from others to broaden his practice. A recent viral video showed all three institutes claiming Keshav as their student, highlighting the increasing trend of students blending resources to maximise success.

Keshav’s motivation to pursue medicine stemmed from his mother’s stories about people lacking access to basic healthcare. “That motivated me,” he said, adding that parental and teacher support played a key role in his journey. He started preparing early, having already participated in national science Olympiads like INJSO. His strong academic foundation in Class 10 laid the groundwork for focused medical entrance preparation. Emphasising the importance of subject balance, he kept away from distractions including social media, cricket, and family gatherings. “You need to follow a strict routine,” Keshav said.

His preparation was test-driven, with regular mock exams and performance reviews forming the core of his strategy. He advised aspirants not to get discouraged by low scores and to focus on improving through error sheets and proper module practice. Now with AIIMS Delhi in sight, Keshav is enjoying the fruits of his hard work. His message to fellow aspirants is clear: stay focused, avoid distractions, and treat every mock test as a learning opportunity. His journey stands as a testament to quiet dedication, early planning, and consistency in one of India’s most competitive exams.
