For thousands of Indian families who live in the UAE, finding the right school for their children often sounds like a challenge. The seats are filled quickly, the fees are high, and parents constantly worry that their children should be connected to the Indian course.

Now this situation can change. Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan announced during his visit to UAE that the Indian course and schools would be opened there. This step will reduce the pressure of entry and Indian children living abroad will get better access to familiar and high-quality education.

Currently, Indian schools especially CBSE-affiliated ones are in huge demand in the UAE. With over 3.5 million Indians residing there, the need for more institutions is obvious. Many parents want their children to study in a system that makes it easier to get higher education by returning to India, or can prepare for competitive examinations at home.

Moving beyond convenience, this expansion also strengthens cultural and educational relations between India and the UAE. For migrant children, these schools are not just classes, but become a medium to stay connected with Indian traditions while living abroad.

By giving priority to this initiative, the government wants to assure the families that no matter where they live, quality Indian education will always be in their reach.
