Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan congratulated his father and filmmaker Rakesh Roshan on Instagram on his 76th birthday and shared his childhood pictures. In these pictures, the younger Hrithik can be seen celebrating his birthday with the family, in which Rakesh puts candles on the cake and clap by standing near him. In another picture, Hrithik can be seen sitting on Rakesh's lap during a family program.

In his heart written note with these pictures, Hrithik expressed gratitude to his father and described him as a guide teacher and firm in his life. He wrote, "Thank you for making this perseverance inside me. When life is difficult, it sounds like a home. Nothing can move me and nothing will shake me." Hrithik also accepted the learning from the challenges of life and said, "I would never have reached this peace and intelligence situation if I had not crossed the hard path before."

The father-son duo has collaborated on several successful films, including Kaho Naa... Pyaar Hai, Koi Mil Gaya, and the Krrish series. Earlier this year, Rakesh Roshan announced that Hrithik would direct the upcoming installment, Krrish 4, in association with Yash Raj Films.
