Disha Patani’s Father Confirms ‘Foreign-Made’ Gunshots in Bareilly Attack

An alarming incident has shaken Bollywood actor Disha Patani’s family: in the early hours, gunshots were fired at her father’s house in Bareilly. Jagdish Patani, a retired police officer, confirmed that 8-10 rounds were shot, and importantly, that the weapons used were foreign-made.

According to police reports, the attack happened around 3:30 AM. Two unidentified men on a motorcycle allegedly carried out the firing. An FIR has been filed at the Kotwali police station. Authorities have dispatched multiple teams, including SP Crime and SP City officers, to investigate and apprehend the assailants.

Meanwhile, a gang claiming responsibility has surfaced online: the Goldy Brar group. They assert that Disha Patani had disrespected certain religious figures, Premanand Ji Maharaj and Aniruddh Acharya Ji Maharaj, in their view. Their message also included threats, saying such insults would not be tolerated.

Security has been heightened around the Patani residence. Jagdish Patani has been assured by senior police officers of protection for the family. At this stage, identity of attackers, motive verification, and full forensic details are awaited. This incident underscores how allegations, perception, and threat converge dangerously, especially when religious sentiments are involved and celebrities are in the crosshairs.
