In a dramatic turn in the Gopal Khemka murder case, police in Bihar killed one of the main accused in an encounter late Monday night. The accused, Vikas alias Raja, was a 29-year-old man believed to be a key conspirator in the brutal killing of industrialist Gopal Khemka in Patna on July 4.
