Tips to Improve Eyesight: Prolonged use of mobile, laptop, and TV screens makes the eyes tire quickly and gradually weakens vision. With aging, cataract also becomes common. However, with timely lifestyle changes and proper diet, eyesight can be improved, and such problems can be prevented.
Nutrition for Stronger Eyes
To maintain good eyesight, proper diet is essential. Include:
•Green leafy vegetables like spinach, fenugreek, bathua
•Carrot and beetroot
•Almonds, walnuts, and peanuts
Use of Triphala – In Ayurveda, Triphala is considered effective in relieving eye strain and improving eyesight. Soak Triphala in water at night and wash your eyes with the same water in the morning.
Yoga and Pranayama
Yoga and breathing exercises are very beneficial for the eyes:
•Palming exercise – relaxes the eyes
