AAP reshuffles leadership: Saurabh Bhardwaj appointed Delhi president, Manish Sisodia takes charge of Haryana, and key leaders assigned to Goa, Punjab, and Chha
The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) took a huge decision on Friday by making former MLA Saurabh Bhardwaj the party president in Delhi. He replaces former minister Gopal Rai who’s now in charge of Gujarat.
The AAP has given the biggest responsibility of the most important state, Haryana to former Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia. Former minister Satyendar Jain has been appointed as the deputy in charge of Punjab.
Rajya Sabha MP Sandeep Pathak has been made in charge of Chhattisgarh. Pankaj Gupta has been made in charge of Goa. Ankush Narang, Abhas Chandela, and Deepak Singla have been appointed as co-charges along with him.
It’s clear from this decision that AAP is strengthening and regrouping efforts to make the party more reliant in states like Goa, Chhattisgarh, Punjab, and Gujarat. That’s going to be a big challenge for BJP & Congress.
