In a recent conversation with his long -time fitness coach Siddharth Singh, he said that his day starts at 4 am, and the workout starts at around 4:30 am. She does not nap during the day and starts directly in work. He says, "Do workouts in the morning and you feel more refreshed - it decides the mood of the whole day."
