A major political uproar has erupted in Bihar after Congress leader Rahul Gandhi’s fiery remarks against Prime Minister Narendra Modi during a rally in Muzaffarpur. Addressing the crowd, Gandhi said, “Modi ji will even dance on stage for votes,” a statement that immediately triggered a wave of reactions across party lines.

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) sharply criticized Gandhi’s comment, calling it “insulting” and unbecoming of a national leader. Several BJP spokespersons accused Rahul Gandhi of using indecent language in a desperate attempt to gain public attention. Taking the attack further, the party referred to him as a “local goon,” alleging that he had disrespected the office of the Prime Minister.

The Congress, however, defended its leader, saying that Rahul Gandhi was merely expressing the frustrations of the common people and highlighting the grim realities of unemployment and inflation. Party representatives argued that his words were being twisted by the ruling party to divert attention from real issues affecting Bihar’s youth and farmers.

As the Bihar elections draw closer, the war of words between political rivals continues to intensify. What began as a campaign speech has now turned into a full-blown political slugfest, with both parties accusing each other of degrading political discourse. The episode reflects the rising tension and heated rhetoric that often accompany high-stakes elections in India, where every statement can turn into a battleground for public perception.
