Bollywood actor Kartik Aaryan has made his first-ever land investment and it’s a stylish one. He’s purchased a 2,000 sq ft plot worth around ₹2 crore in Chateau de Alibaug, a premium coastal development by The House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL).

What makes this moment extra special? He’ll soon have some star-studded neighbors. Veteran Amitabh Bachchan had acquired a sprawling 10,000 sq ft land parcel worth ₹10 crore in Alibaug in 2024, while fellow actor Kriti Sanon secured a 2,000 sq ft plot at HoABL’s Sol de Alibaug development.

For Kartik, the appeal lies in Alibaug’s proximity to Mumbai and its serene yet luxurious charm. “Alibaug has become one of the most exciting places to invest in today close to Mumbai and I plan to build my own home there,” he said making his piece of land not just an investment, but a future home in sight.

HoABL’s Alibaug projects are designed with upscale amenities rooftop gardens, pool decks, clubhouse spaces, and reflexology trails creating a peaceful coastal lifestyle yet within reach of the city.
