Haryana police leadership have underwent change following the tragic death of IPS officer Y Puran Kumar. In wake of the unfortunate death of senior IPS officer Y Puran Kumar, the Haryana government has do an administrative reshuffle, removing Narendra Bijraniya from their post as Superintendent of Police (SP) of Rohtak. Surinder Singh Bhoria have been appointing as new SP of Rohtak.

This decision come amid growing concern and investigations about the circumstances surrounding Kumar's death. Kumar's suicide note reportedly name several senior officials, including Bijraniya, alleging harassment and systemic problem within the department.
