The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has officially announced the schedule for the next phase of recruitment exams for the positions of Superintendent and Junior Assistant. According to the latest notification, the Tier-2 examination for the post of Superintendent will be held on July 5, 2025, in Delhi. Meanwhile, the Skill (Typing) Test for candidates shortlisted for the Junior Assistant post will be conducted between July 3 and July 5, 2025. The exact typing test date will be available shortly through each candidate’s application portal.

This recruitment drive, originally notified on December 31, 2024, is progressing to its final stages. Admit cards for both examinations will be released two days before the scheduled test date. These will contain details such as the candidate’s examination centre, reporting time, and other important instructions. All selected candidates are advised to regularly check their application portal for further updates and to download the admit card on time.

In an added convenience, CBSE has announced travel reimbursements for Tier-1 candidates who appeared from outside Delhi NCR. Applicants from outside Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, Ghaziabad, and Faridabad will be eligible for to-and-fro Sleeper Class (Non-AC) train fare refunds. To claim the reimbursement, they must carry their original train tickets and submit a cancelled cheque of their bank account at the time of the Tier-2 or typing test. The reimbursed amount will be directly credited to their accounts.
