Adani Group shares surge across the board after India market regulator, the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), clear several allegation raised by U.S.-based short seller Hindenburg Research. SEBI found in it recent order that certain transaction flagged by Hindenburg did not qualify as related-party transaction under existing disclosure norms at the time.

The ripple effect was immediate: Adani Power lead the gains, rising nearly 9 percentage, while Adani Total Gas see even sharper jump.
