According to police, the incident took place when the uncle scolded and hit his niece for not studying. Angered by this, the boy attacked his uncle with a knife.

Police received information about the crime on Monday evening. The injured man was rushed to Guru Teg Bahadur Hospital, where doctors declared him dead.

DCP Ashish Mishra stated that the crime and forensic science teams inspected the spot and collected evidence. Investigations revealed that a heated argument over a minor issue led the boy to commit this gruesome act. The police have initiated legal proceedings in the matter.
